Product Returns and Exchanges
Skiforce will offer exchange of a product if returned by the Buyer within 14 days of receipt. Product exchanges are limited to available stock on hand and Skiforce will not be liable where a product a customer wishes to exchange their item for is no longer in stock. Skiforce will not provide refunds for product returns other than in circumstances where required by Australian State and Federal Law.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements and for all shipping costs between Skiforce and the Buyer for any items to be returned to Skiforce for exchange or for a warranty claim.
