For orders that are being collected in store:
You will be notified when your order is ready to be collected from Skiforce (392 Plenty Rd, Preston, VIC) as soon as possible.
For orders that are being shipped:
You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are provided via email for all orders that are being shipped.
In-stock items purchased with a preorder product will be shipped immediately and will not be held to be shipped with your preordered item. If you require your items be held and shipped when your board or ski is available, please make this known to Skiforce as soon as possible.
Please note: All estimated delivery dates/windows are estimates only. These have been provided to Skiforce by the supplier and are subject to change. If any delays are made known to Skiforce you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions
A preorder with Skiforce is defined by the purchase (payment in full) of a product prior to it being available in store or at our warehouse.
2024 Preorder Products
Skiforce reserves the right to cancel a preorder at its discretion. In the event of a delayed shipment, Skiforce will contact the relevant customers at the soonest possible time after being notified of the delay. Skiforce will not be responsible for the delay or cancellation of a delivery of 2024 model products.
