Our regular shipping sends all of our packages with a courier. For this reason we cannot ship to PO Boxes via our 'regular shipping' method and always prefer Business Addresses to guarantee someone is around to receive your package. If you would like to ship to a PO Box please use "Express Shipping - Signature Required/PO Box." The below shipping times are estimates only, and large/bulky items or orders with multiple items (board packages for example) can take longer than estimated. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery, or use our express service to receive your order as quick as possible. During sale periods our shipping process may be delayed, so please allow up to an additional 7 days for delivery at these times (express orders excluded).

Our express shipping options are designed to get your order moving as quickly as possible. Being based in Victoria and working with trusted courier partners means many Australian metro areas can receive orders within 1–3 business days.

While delivery times can vary depending on location and courier networks, we’ll always do our best to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.
