2027 Preorders Are Open!

Skiforce is excited to offer early access to the 2027 Wakeboard and Waterski range!

Preorder your brand new 2027 board or ski now and secure your gear before it arrives. Preordering means you are purchasing the product before it has arrived at Skiforce, so you will need to wait for the 2027 stock to arrive before your order can be collected or shipped.

How the preorder process works

1. Place your order

Choose your 2027 board or ski and complete your purchase online. Your payment is made in full at the time of ordering.

2. We wait for the 2027 stock to arrive

Once your order is placed, there is nothing else you need to do. Your order is secured and will remain on preorder until the product arrives at Skiforce.

3. Your order arrives

When the 2027 stock arrives at Skiforce, we will process preorders in the order they were received.

For shipped orders: Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after the product arrives. You will receive an email with your tracking information once it has been shipped.

For store pickup: We will email you when your order is ready to be collected from Skiforce, 392 Plenty Road, Preston VIC.

Please don't worry if you haven't heard from us straight away. The estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery date, and we may not receive further information until the supplier provides an update.

There is no need to call or email us for an update on your preorder. We are keeping an eye on your order and will contact you when there is something you need to know.

Ordering other items with your preorder

If you purchase an in stock item at the same time as a preorder product, your in stock item will be shipped immediately and will not be held for your preorder.

If you would prefer us to hold your in stock items and ship everything together once your 2027 board or ski arrives, please contact Skiforce as soon as possible after placing your order.

Estimated Arrival Dates

All estimated arrival dates and delivery windows are estimates only.

These dates are provided to Skiforce by the relevant supplier and can change due to manufacturing, freight or other circumstances outside of our control.

If we are notified of a delay to your preorder, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

Please keep an eye on the email address used when placing your order, as this is how we will provide preorder updates and shipping information.

Preorder Terms & Conditions

A preorder with Skiforce is defined as the purchase and payment in full of a product before that product is available at Skiforce or in our warehouse.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

• The product is not currently in stock and will not be available for immediate collection or shipping.

• Estimated arrival dates provided by Skiforce are estimates only and are subject to change.

• Skiforce relies on information supplied by manufacturers and distributors regarding expected arrival dates.

• Skiforce will notify customers by email when we receive information regarding significant delays or when their preorder product arrives.

• Skiforce is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, freight companies or other circumstances outside of our control.

• Skiforce reserves the right to cancel a preorder where circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order. If Skiforce cancels a preorder, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be provided.

• By placing a preorder, you agree to wait for the product to arrive before it can be collected or shipped.

Most importantly...

Preordering means you are securing a 2027 product before it arrives.

It does not mean the product is currently in stock.

Once your new 2027 gear arrives, shipped orders will be sent automatically and you'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

For store pickup orders, we'll email you when your order is ready to collect.
